Hi, I’m Jess! Before Banana-Nana, I worked at agencies wearing a lot of hats as an art director designer and photographer. But one day, I realized what I loved the most was creative process and making things with photography. So I left my full-time agency life behind and followed my passion, starting this thing called Banana-Nana.

I thought, what if a photo business thought like a design studio? What if each portrait or brand shoot wasn’t just about capturing a moment, but infusing it with concept, story, and self expression. Not that it always has to (I mean, sometimes a headshot is a headshot)

Here we are– small but mighty, scrappy but resourceful, and always down to create something awesome. Let’s make it happen!
